She holds a degree in art history from the Faculty of Arts at Masaryk University in Brno. In 2011, together with friends, she founded the OFF/FORMAT gallery in Brno, which exhibits and promotes progressive contemporary art, mainly by young artists. Within the gallery, she works as a curator, while performing many tiring but essential and valuable tasks concerning organization, as well as promotion. She worked for a time in marketing, but her love of books is not new. Despite the incessant grumbling of her family, her living space is rapidly filling up with books; for her, the place is all the more pleasant and stimulating for it. For the gallery, she has edited and published several art books, from catalogs of works by promising artists to books for specialists, fiction with original illustrations and children’s books that popularize art history. Since 2019, she has supplemented this experience as editor of literature for very young readers at B4U Publishing, using her two daughters to check the quality of the texts.
